Hi, I’m owner and health coach at Prime Brain Health. I get it, managing chronic health conditions and keeping thinking skills at their best can be a real challenge. That is why I started Prime Brain Health coaching. Together we optimize brain health and overall wellness through enhancing six key lifestyle areas- movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, cognitive engagement, and social stimulation.
I have a doctorate degree in clinical psychology with advanced training in neuroscience, understanding complex brain behavior relationships. For the past 17 years, as a neuropsychologist and brain health specialist, I have learned the value and importance of optimizing lifestyle health for preventing decline in thinking skills and reducing dementia risk. I have worked with people of all backgrounds and ages. I have coached one-on-one, couples, and in group settings. I enjoy sharing the brain health and habit building knowledge I am continually learning.

At Prime Brain Health Coach and Consulting I know that you want to be a mentally and physically healthy person. 12 week Blueprint
Course includes exclusive science-based individualized brain health assessment, guidance on key lifestyle interventions, and expert habit change techniques in context of 12 individualized one-on-one weekly coaching meetings. $1995 total
Couples meetings
Two person joint coaching meetings for partners/members of the same household. Because sometimes working with a partner is the best path to success. Receive individualized, personal brain health assessments and start your journey to better brain health together. $295/70 minute meeting.
I incorporate and personalize science-based strategies that have been shown to be the best way to improve thinking skills and health conditions, as well as reduce your risk of future health problems. You can choose my three month brain health blueprint program or choose a completely self-paced meeting to meeting approach. Successful attainment of your goals can be achieved in a short time, with a lifetime of benefits. I make the process easy and will guide you through use of our simple video platform, even if you are not good with technology or have no prior experience.
Brain changes leading to dementia can start 20-30 years before symptoms are observable in daily life. Therefore, making lifestyle changes earlier rather than later can have significant future cognitive benefits.
